香港何锡麟会计师行创建于1978年，本着'客观公正、诚信进取'的精神，经过全体同仁的共同努力，拥有固定客户数千，其中包括本港上市公司、国内B股、国企H股、香港创业板上市客户、国际性知名企业集团在港机构及中资企业、各省驻港窗口公司等。为香港华人会计师行中颇具声誉和规模的事务所之一。

　　何锡麟会计师行目前员工达80余人，其中具有专业资格达40余人，包括香港注册会计师、英国特许管理会计师及特许公认会计师、中国注册会计师、美国注册会计师、澳洲注册会计师、香港公司秘书工会会员。大部分人员均熟悉中港两地的会计制度和会计准则。

In March 2000, Ho and Ho & Company was approved by the Ministry of Finance to set up a representative office in Shenzhen, and became the first Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants other than the Big-4 CPA firms having an establishment in Shenzhen.  

In order to better serve our clients, especially those who have invested or would like to contemplate investing in the PRC, Ho and Ho & Company has set up the PRC Tax and Business Advisory Services Department.  

Mr. Carl Poon and Ms. Angela Zhang have joined Ho and Ho &Company as the Principal and Manager respectively to lead our PRC tax and business advisory services practice.  With their strong technical support, we look forward to providing a one-stop service to our clients.
